We have a large team of asset and property managers, as well as a helpdesk for logging queries and issues and 24-7 support. We are reliable and do what we say we’re going to do and we make sure we’re looking after your property with the right mix of proactive management, and dealing with any issues that occur in a timely manner.

A: All of our clients are allocated a property manager who is the day-to-day contact for managing your property. For larger buildings we also have an in-house facilities management team who are highly experienced in all areas to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all building services including lifts, security, access, cleaning, heating and cooling fire services and mechanical services.

A: Our in-house accounts team provides peace of mind to our clients that your asset is being administered correctly. We maintain accurate records at all times, ensuring that rent and other monies are collected in accordance with leases. We have robust systems in place for timely rent collection and managing arrears and making payment of all expenditure items as required in accordance with each property. . Our team provide monthly reports in a form that can be tailored to client requirements providing the level of detail as individually wanted. The accounts team operate using the same philosophy adopted throughout MRS Property that each dollar is spent as if it were their own.

A: While our property management team is focused on maintaining your asset to the highest standard every day, because MRS Property provides a range of other commercial property services, we can also help our clients with a variety of strategic advice. Our team can advise on future planning for the site, prepare analysis and business cases for refurbishing or rebuilding and provide project management services if you decide to rebuild or refurbish. Our personalised services allow us to tailor a solution to the individual needs of each client.
