All of our clients are allocated a property manager who is the day-to-day contact for managing your property. For larger buildings we also have an in-house facilities management team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all building services including repairs, maintenance and compliance of lifts, security, access, cleaning, electrical services, fire services and mechanical services.
Our in-house accounts team will provide you with peace of mind that your asset is being administered correctly. We maintain accurate records at all times, ensuring that rent and other monies are collected in accordance with leases. We have robust systems in place for timely rent collection and managing arrears and making payment of all expenditure items as required in accordance with each property.
Our team provides monthly reports in a form that can be tailored to client requirements, providing the level of detail as individually requested.
While our property management team is focused on maintaining your asset to the highest standard every day, MRS Property is also able to offer strategic advice through our other commercial property services.
Our team can advise on future planning for the site, prepare analysis and business cases for refurbishing or rebuilding and co-ordinate project management services. Our personalised services allow us to tailor a solution to the individual needs of each client.
