Voltaire Mendoza

Voltaire Mendoza joined MRS Property in May 2025 as Operations Manager. He brings a wealth of hands-on experience in facilities management, electrical maintenance, and essential building services, with a background spanning the university, maritime, and manufacturing sectors.

Originally from the Philippines, Voltaire relocated to New Zealand in 2010 with his family, where he re-certified his professional qualifications. He is currently a licensed electrician with Energy Safe Victoria (Australia) and holds dual registrations as an electrical engineer and electrician with the Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) in New Zealand.

Throughout his career in the Philippines, New Zealand, and more recently in Australia, Voltaire—also known as Voltz—has developed a strong foundation in contractor management, technical services, and regulatory compliance. His technical expertise includes electrical troubleshooting, HVAC systems, building compliance, and fire protection.

Outside of work, Voltaire enjoys quality time with his family, exploring new culinary experiences, and travelling.
