Sash Serovski
Sash joined our Melbourne office in May 2021 and is our Engineering and Operations Manager for Pentridge, where he has been heavily involved in the recent $1 billion mixed-use transformation of what was formally the Pentridge Prison in Coburg, reviving the heritage listed site into a combination of a tourist destination, shopping centre, residential development, hotel and pub.
Sash’s career in property commenced over 21 years ago with JLL, where he provided premium asset and property management services across a multitude of iconic prime grade commercial properties in Melbourne’s CBD, including 8 Exhibition Street, 717 Bourke Street, 720 Bourke Street and 80 Collins Street.
Prior to this, Sash was an Engineering Services Senior Building Consultant providing engineering and facilities management services to Global Property Solutions for the Victorian Government Accommodations Group portfolio, Deutsche Asset Management (DBREEF), Lend Lease, Parks Victoria Properties and privately owned buildings within the CBD and inner city (Melbourne) suburban sites.
With his extensive property experience, Sash understands the importance of building strong relationships with all clients and stakeholders and thrives in an environment where a more “hands on approach” is required whilst working in conjunction with contractors, consultants and specialist service providers.
Outside of work Sash enjoys the company of friends and family, the AFL (Go Dogs), travel and is an avid bike rider with the strict rule of “no lycra”.
