Mike Elgar

Mike has been involved in the Adelaide property industry since 1998.

After completing a degree in Valuation and Estate Management from the University of West of England, Bristol, Mike worked initially in the UK in residential property sales before moving to Australia in 1998.

Mike has held various positions throughout his property career in Australia, including Commercial Lease Negotiator, Tenant Advocate, Lease Administrator and Commercial Property Manager. Prior to moving into the Investment Manager role, Mike had held a position as Director of Commercial Property Management.

In his role as Investment Manager, Mike is responsible for ensuring that the assets in his portfolio are performing to their best to optimise the returns that Investors receive from their investments.

Mike’s previous experience perfectly equips him to deal with all facets of the Commercial Property world to deliver strong outcomes on behalf of his clients. With a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, Mike prides himself on ensuring that clear and concise communication is provided to all stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys camping and 4-wheel driving, exploring as much of the beautiful South Australian countryside as possible, and bike rides on remote gravel roads.
