Head of Facilities Management

Marino is an accomplished Facilities Management professional and joined MRS in 2025, where he leads the MRS Property Facilities Management Team of five and oversees a diverse property portfolio. His role involves close collaboration with Property Managers, Investment Managers, and MRS clients to ensure seamless operational delivery and tenant satisfaction.

Marino is responsible for managing the Helpdesk, risk mitigation, and compliance, with a strong focus on identifying and resolving building-related hazards. As the primary contact for key operational matters, he works proactively with stakeholders to uphold lease obligations and maintain high service standards.

He plays a pivotal role in budget planning, asset lifecycle forecasting, and cost control, while supporting the execution of capital works programs and building upgrade initiatives. His analytical acumen is reflected in his ability to prepare detailed financial reports and budgets, complemented by exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.

Outside of work, Marino enjoys travelling, spending quality time with family, playing the guitar, and watching football (soccer).
