Luke Witherow

An experienced project and facilities management consultant, Luke joined our Melbourne office in July 2022 as Head of Asset & Facility Management Advisory.

Before joining MRS, Luke spent a combined 14 years in project, engineering, and operations roles at JLL, having begun his career as a property risk consultant with a risk management consultancy. He has also acted as an independent consultant to various clients.

Luke has worked with institutional investors, listed REIT’s, Super funds, NGO’s, and private investors, and understands the different goals and objectives of each client.

His portfolio of work includes life cycle planning and asset upgrades within the live built environment, with a particular focus on technical services and remedial projects, including special projects such as new building transitions and defect management.

He strives to provide a positive, responsive, and professional client service experience, from initiation through to close out, while focusing on improving the value of our client’s assets.

Luke enjoys trading the stock market, music, travel and enjoying good beer, whiskey, and food.
