Kylie Richards

Kylie has worked in the property industry since 1996, commencing her career with Westfield as Casual Leasing Executive.

In 1998, Kylie moved to the retailer side of the fence and managed Vodafone SA for nearly 5 years, where she was responsible for the day to day running of the Business Partner line.

Kylie’s love of shopping centres brought her back to Casual Mall Leasing in 2003 for Colonial First State Property Management where she managed all casual leasing for Elizabeth Shopping Centre, Myer Centre, Golden Grove, Ingle Farm and Castle Plaza.

Kylie then progressed to Shopping Centre Manager in 2008 with Jones Lang Lasalle and managed Unley and Northpark Shopping Centres. The role was responsible for the day to day running of the Centres, all lease management, fitout coordination, financial reporting, budget preparation, centre operations, marketing, centre administration and tenant management. Kylie was also responsible for managing Unley through redevelopment.

In 2015 Kylie joined Knight Frank as Senior Retail Manager and then transitioned into Shopping Centre Leasing with RetPro in late 2016. In early 2018 Kylie moved to CivicBuilt to manage their 3 privately owned neighbourhood Centres, Findon, Westside and Clovercrest. Kylie managed all aspects of running the three Centres.

Kylie commenced with MRS Property in 2024. Kylie enjoys building strong relationships and delivering win-win outcomes for Landlords and retailers. She is highly motivated, committed and works hard to achieve positive and long-lasting relationships.

Outside of work you will find Kylie enjoying the sunshine and watching her kids wakeboard on the Murray River.
