Kat Minney
Facilities Manager
Joining MRS in February 2021, Kat’s role was initially Help Desk Coordinator, liaising with contractors and tenants, and providing administrative assistance to our Property Managers. In July 2025, Kat was promoted to the position of Facilities Manager where she uses all the knowledge gained from managing the Help Desk over many years.
Prior to joining MRS, Kat worked over 10 years with a Big 4 professional services firm managing the mail, records and premises side of the business for their Adelaide offices.
In her free time Kat enjoys spending time with family and friends, going back to the family farm and pottering in the garden.
