Gavin Sharpe

After transitioning from the customer service sector, Gavin became part of CBRE in 2021, focusing on the IAG account as a Curation Consultant, where he acquired significant experience in facilities. Subsequently, he moved to Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as a Workplace Ambassador, overseeing the SA head office. Shortly thereafter, Gavin joined the Facilities Management team, quickly adapting to manage retail, commercial, industrial, and residential properties.

In July 2025, Gavin seized the opportunity to join MRS Property in the position of Facilities Manager, where he continues his efforts for property owners and tenants, ensuring that the properties are well-maintained and cared for.

Gavin leverages his robust customer service experience to foster relationships with all stakeholders associated with his properties, aiming to enhance the experiences of tenants and their customers, ensuring their daily journeys are as seamless as possible.

Outside of work, Gavin enjoys spending time with his wife and dog and is a passionate collector of vintage toys.
