Daniel Lameris

Daniel joined our Melbourne office in March 2023 in the role of Operations Manager.  Daniel’s role is to oversee the building operations and maintenance of two commercial assets of which represent approximately 26,000sqm and house 28 businesses, being a mix of commercial and retail tenants.

Prior to joining MRS, Daniel was a Production/Operations Manager which included staff management, implementing effective workplace policies to ensure best practice and overseeing the strategic marketing function. Daniel was successful in implementing effective training strategies and refining systems and processes which resulted in strong revenue increases.

Most recently Daniel fulfilled the role of Facilities Manager for Melbourne Building Management, where he gained experience across essential safety service legislation, defect auditing and rectification, managing the contract tender process and project management of commercial tenancy fitouts.

When Daniel isn’t busy at work, he’s making the most of spending time with his family and friends.
