Damien Anderson

Joining MRS in November 2023, Damien holds over 20 years of property management experience, is skilled in overseeing diverse portfolios ranging from telecommunication infrastructure networks, grain bulk handling and storage facilities, civic buildings, sports facilities and stadia through to retail, office accommodation and industrial estates.

From previous roles at Knight Frank and CBRE, Damien has managed properties for institutional owners such as ISPT, Stockland, Centuria, Westpac and Frasers Property.

Damien’s focus is on implementing effective property management strategies to drive tenant satisfaction, increase rental revenue and maximise asset performance.

Outside of MRS, Damien enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending cultural events and enjoying the outdoors.
