Christian Gencarelli

Christian joined MRS in early 2019 as an Analyst, to support in market research across various commercial property sectors, to form an accurate and comprehensive data system and provide up to date market insights to the company.

Since then, Christian moved into the Advisory & Consultancy division, where he is actively involved in various commercial property assignments, such as conducting corporate accommodation searches (tenant representation & buyers advocacy services), providing lease and strategic property portfolio advice, establishing market rental and value assessment reports, amongst other related duties.

Throughout his years at MRS, Christian has earned a strong reputation as a valued property consultant. His expertise and reliability have led him to be a trusted professional among his diverse range of clients, within the office, medical/allied health, health & fitness, industrial and retail sectors. This extends both locally and on a national scale.

Christian is known for his strong work ethic and genuine passion towards his role and approaches all tasks with a proactive and self-driven attitude. He places great importance on building strong working relations and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction.

Christian spends his spare time training at the gym, creating memories with loved ones and is enthusiastic about all things food.
