Chris Ferencz

Chris joined MRS in 2019 as Manager – Property Asset Management, bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience in Commercial Property and Asset Management to our team.

With over 30 years in the Adelaide property industry, Chris’ most recent role prior to joining MRS was as Director – Asset Management Services at Knight Frank Adelaide.  During this period he managed some iconic Adelaide properties including Santos’ head office, Westpac House, and Export Park.  His clients included Adelaide Airport Limited, Lendlease, Primewest, Kador Group and the Local Government Association of South Australia.

He has won numerous local and national awards, including the 2018 REISA Awards For Excellence for a Property Manager – Commercial and Industrial.
Chris prides himself on his professionalism, integrity and attention to detail and in his spare time he enjoys reading, F1 racing and spending time with family and friends.
