Carol Olsen

With more than a decade at Harmony Property Investments and over 20 years in the property industry, Carol leads the management of Harmony’s $900 million commercial property portfolio. She is responsible for driving investment performance across all funds, overseeing acquisitions, asset strategies, capital projects, investor relations, and overall portfolio optimisation.

Carol’s focus is on delivering long-term value for investors through disciplined asset management, strategic leasing, and prudent capital allocation. She is recognised for her commercial acumen, data-driven decision making, and ability to navigate complex market conditions to drive strong risk-adjusted returns.

Since joining Harmony in 2015, Carol has played a pivotal role in the business’s growth, transitioning from managing individual properties to leading the performance strategy for an extensive and diverse portfolio. Her background as a commercial property valuer with Knight Frank instilled a strong foundation in market analysis and asset valuation, which continues to underpin investment decisions today.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys adventures with her two young children and husband or enjoying a local restaurant over a fine wine.
