Arlen Rosenzweig

Arlen joined MRS Property in early 2023 as Senior Consultant – Advisory.  With nine years of valuation experience at Knight Frank Valuations and Advisory, Arlen has been involved in a wide range of valuation and consultancy assignments within the office, retail and industrial sectors, across a broad range of asset classes.  His areas of interest include asset acquisition and disposal advice, compensation, market rent reviews and financial reporting.

Arlen has worked with a diverse group of clients, including most major lenders within the Australian banking industry, local government, State Government Departments, not-for-profit organisations, publicly listed companies and private individuals.

Arlen is focused on achieving great results for clients, providing quality, accurate and timely advice, with strong attention to detail.

At MRS, Arlen is a key member of the Advisory team who works within a broad range of market sectors, bringing his technical expertise and diligence to assist clients on a diverse range of property issues.

In his spare time, Arlen enjoys attending sporting events and spending time with his friends and family.
