Aaron Hayman

Aaron has joined MRS Property with 20 years’ experience in the HVAC industry having worked for Airmaster Australia for 11 years as a Service Supervisor and in 2022 made the career transition to Facilities Management with Knight Frank Property.

With extensive experience in the commercial refrigeration and air conditioning industry ranging from service, asset life cycling, WHS and commissioning, the transition to facilities management has been a welcome challenge. The management of retail centres, industrial and commercial assets across South Australia has provided a diverse experience in managing unique assets with unique requirements. Having managed key assets for Kador Group and KM Property funds, Aaron has managed key building services upgrades at the Westpac call centre at Bedford park.

Aaron prides himself on his ability to build relationships with all stakeholders and manage the expectations from all aspects of a property’s requirements, through clear communication and diligent compliance management.

In his personal life Aaron enjoys F1, football, the premier league and spending time with his family.
