Meet the team series with Cristan Caruana, Asset/Facilities Manager in our Queensland PAM Team, has been with MRS since 2021, operating out of our Brisbane CBD office.
Q. Who inspired you to pursue the career you have today?
A. My Dad, he has been in the property industry for 40 years and I grew up watching him work and that is where my inspiration came from.
Q. What is your favourite part of your job?
A. Meeting and working with people to solve problems.
Q. What is your favourite hobby?
A. Operating or working on anything with an engine.
Q. What do most people get wrong about business?
A. How to add value to the customer.
Q. What is your proudest achievement outside of your career?
A. Building a house.
