We are pleased to announce our appointment to manage 478 Albert St in East Melbourne on behalf of our valued client CoINVEST. CoINVEST has been administering the portable long service scheme to the Construction Industry since 1976 with the Albert Street building being the location of their Head Office.
The East Melbourne building has multiple tenants over seven floors with a total NLA of just under 4,500 square metres.
