We are excited to announce that we’ve been appointed to manage 2 King William Street on behalf of Duxton Capital Australia.
2 King William Street is an iconic, heritage listed asset on the corner of King William Street and North Terrace. The building was initially constructed between 1939 and 1942 as the Adelaide head office for the Bank of New South Wales. Under its current ownership, the property was significantly refurbished to create a rooftop bar, ground floor restaurant and upgraded office accommodation. The building is now home to 14 tenants including Morgan Stanley, Rabobank Australia, WPP, Duxton Capital Australia and 2KW Bar and Restaurant.
