Christian Gencarelli achieved a great outcome having enquired with the leasing agent the day of the public listing launch, arranging a subsequent (and immediate) inspection and as a result gained an in principal agreement on lease terms within the week. Sourcing and securing this A-grade office/warehouse facility was a great commercial outcome for both parties, providing the Tenant with a new long-term leasehold interest over a quality site, whilst also achieving nil downtime (let up) for the Landlord.
