New Acquisition – 211 Victoria Square, Adelaide

211 Victoria Square, Adelaide HPI is proud to announce the successful settlement of 211 Victoria Square, Adelaide on behalf of our investors. The property was acquired at a purchase price of $130.5m and forms part of HPI’s core portfolio.

This prominent Adelaide office tower provides over 17,000 sqm of A-grade NLA across 17 levels, with six major tenants including SA Government, solicitors JWS, accounting firm William Buck, global professional services provider GHD, Statewide and Hostplus Super.
