The acquisition of this property, valued at $18.5 million, marks the final asset of the Harmony Salisbury Fund, which comprises industrial assets located in QLD and WA. This asset adds geographical diversification to the Harmony Salisbury Fund and improves the prospect for future capital growth, particularly given the investment fundamentals for industrial real estate in Melbourne remains strong.
