Celebrating 20 Years in Business | 20 years ago we started out as a two person team, with the goal to deliver an independent and personal property advisory service, aspiring to be our client’s trusted advisor.
Whilst our team has grown from 2 staff in Adelaide to now more than 55 + staff across Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane, the ethos of who we are at MRS remains the same, predicated on providing an independent and personal service to our clients, always putting our client first, doing what we say we’re going to do and being their trusted advisor. We value relationships and what’s held us in good stead over two decades is building strong relationships and treating every property, Harmony investment or advisory matter as if it were our own, always asking ourselves “would I invest in this” and/or “what would I do if it was my money”.
Every year to celebrate another year in business, we take our staff away for a day of bonding and team building. Event details are always a surprise to our team and highly anticipated, with the organisers not revealing anything until the days prior and even then, the majority of details are kept highly secretive! This year, our Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane teams were flown into Sydney, climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge together, sailed around the Harbour together and dined together in the evening, culminating in one of the best MRS Days yet!!
The purpose of MRS Day when it started 15 years ago was to celebrate another year in business and as a thanks to our valued team for their efforts. We’re proud to have continued the tradition every year since and we once again thank our valued staff for their astounding efforts over the past 12 months.
