Bridgette Darling – Asset Manager, joined MRS Property in 2019 and is based at our headquarters in Adelaide.
Q: Tell us what your role entails?
As a commercial Asset Manager, I’m responsible for managing buildings which involves a large array of tasks including but most definitely not limited to; lease management, financial management, organising of building maintenance, people management and problem solving. I always strive to provide the best service possible for my clients by being proactive, organised, and diligent which enables me to deliver “wow through service” which is one of our core values here at MRS.
Q: What do you find the most enjoyable aspect of your role?
I really enjoy that no two days are the same, as my portfolio consists of predominantly retail with a small mix of office and industrial, I get to experience so many different matters and be a part of finding a solution for some very interesting requests/problems.
Q. What is your favourite part of your job?
The people I work with, like every job you can have some challenging days but I’m lucky enough to work for such a great company with great people who encourage and support me so that those challenging days are easy to overcome.
Q: Where is your favourite destination and why?
My favourite destination is the Eyre Peninsula where I am from originally, I have three little nieces over there, so I enjoy going back there to spend time with them.
Q. What was the first concert you attended?
I actually only attended my first concert this year which was P!nk at Adelaide Oval.
