324 St Kilda Road is an eight-level glass fronted building with an NLA of approximately 7,101sqm. The building has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment providing tenants with a dynamic workspace in the heart of St Kilda Road.
231 Swanston Street, located in Melbourne’s CBD is a 12-level building with an NLA of 2,299sqm and currently houses a mix of retail and commercial tenants.
