Harmony Property Investments (HPI) is seeking a final property to acquire, in order to close out the existing diversified fund – Harmony Salisbury.
Harmony Salisbury is an existing multi-property fund which currently consists of three industrial long term leased properties. HPI have capital ready to close this fund out, seeking a fourth and fifth property, if suitable.
Ideally we are seeking the following key characteristics:
• Sub $30 million price point
• Industrial/commercial/retail
• WALE 2 + years
• SA, NSW or VIC location
