Harmony Property Investments (HPI) congratulates our friends ESR on their recent $97m purchase of the Harmony Industrial Fund 1, which encompassed 3 quality industrial assets located in VIC, WA and QLD. The portfolio had an aggregated GBA of close to 35,000m2 across circa 10 hectares of land, with a variety of strong tenant covenants.
HPI is proud to have provided an outstanding outcome for investors, delivering a 26% IRR and a value uplift of 97%.
