Harmony Property Investments team are excited to see the transformation of 75 Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide, as the building undergoes a full upgrade of its ground floor foyer and construction of an end of trip facility.
The building works, which commenced in January, are being undertaken by @shape_aus and include the modernisation of the main building entryway with new seating and feature lighting, as well as the addition of a new entry to the northern ground floor tenancy and DDA approved accessible toilet and shower facility. The new end of trip facility will include storage for 33 bikes and increased shower, toilet and locker amenities for building users.
The original concept designs provided by architect @iadesignaustralia are beginning to take shape, with @knightfrankaustralia Project Management overseeing the project, with the assistance of Services Engineers @bse_australia and Structural Engineers CPR Engineers.
