Our role involves managing the day-to-day lease administration and tenant retention strategy across both properties, with our retention focus being to achieve positive outcomes for both our client and tenants, within market parameters and on medium to long term leases. 

Over the past 12 months, we’ve achieved favourable results that have secured multiple tenants to both properties through a pro-active approach, providing income certainty.
