MRS were engaged by Cooper Energy, an ASX-listed energy company, to assist them to source alternative accommodation options in Adelaide CBD.
An extensive search revealed in excess of 50 possible options. After a thorough review, 70 Franklin Street was chosen as the preferred option and negotiations concluded which resulted in securing whole Level 8 on a seven (7) year lease.
The incentive that was negotiated was provided as a capital contribution to fitout. Other savings negotiated included a reduction in asking rental, reduction in rent reviews and reinstatement. MRS also provided assistance to Cooper Energy in negotiating a cash settlement in lieu of tenancy reinstatement at their former premises in Waymouth Street.
