We are thrilled to have been recently appointed by ACE Body Corporate Management as the Building Site Supervisors, for various residential buildings within the grounds of the former Pentridge Prison.
These residential buildings surround the historic prison buildings and public realm areas, currently being re-activated by Shayher Group, of which will include a new ‘BrewDog’ brewery (expected to open later this year), Adina Hotel and the National Trust Visitors Centre & Tours, all in addition to the existing community Shopping Centre.
ACE Body Corporate has been engaged in strata community/body corporate management since 1995 and is currently responsible for the management of properties and assets to an approximate value of 30 billion dollars.
