• Facilitating all legal matters in coordination with the respective solicitors;
• Coordinating a short-term extension at Bunge’s previous premises to ensure operational continuity and adequate time for fitout and relocation; and
• Securing a clean lease exit via an agreed cash settlement to mitigate end-of-term liabilities.
