Harmony Property Investments (HPI) is pleased to announce the successful sale of the two industrial properties in the Harmony Somerhall Fund.
Harmony Somerhall comprised 1-5 Siddons Way, Hallam, and 30–62 Encore Avenue, Somerton, both acquired in September 2015. Hallam was sold in 2021, and Somerton was recently transacted in June 2025.
We extend our sincere thanks to Adrian Rowse, Chris Jones, and Charlie Holmes of Cushman & Wakefield for their management of the sale campaign and facilitation of the Somerton transaction.
HPI is proud to have delivered this result for investors, achieving an average income distribution of 7.2% p.a. and a final net IRR of approximately 17.2% p.a. over ten years of ownership.
