Karen is an experienced Retail Property Professional with over 20 years of applying her expertise to manage shopping centres, homemaker precincts, and national retail portfolios across Australia.

Karen’s career has spanned roles at Knight Frank, CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and Metcash – each sharpening her ability to drive asset performance, enhance customer experiences, and deliver strong commercial outcomes. From her previous roles, Karen has managed properties for institutional owners such as Region Group, Harvey Norman, ANZ, Westpac, and Metcash along with assets for individual/family owners.

Karen’s strengths lie in stakeholder engagement, compliance and professionalism.

In her spare time, Karen enjoys keeping fit and spending time with family both locally and interstate.
