This significant industrial holding spans 9.413 hectares and is strategically located within one of Adelaide’s most connected and high-demand industrial precincts.

The fully leased property offers a total Gross Lettable Area (GLA) of 18,109 square metres and features a low site coverage of approximately 20%, providing substantial potential for future development and value-add initiatives.
