MRS Property is thrilled to share our recent appointment by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA South Australia).
We will be working alongside the team to assist with the day-to-day management of their commercial/retail property portfolio.
Our scope of work includes:
- ongoing portfolio review and strategic management of assets;
- support with upcoming lease renewal/extension assessments and negotiations; and
- securing new leasehold/freehold properties to meet RSPCA SA’s operational needs and future expansion plans.
