New Management – Bennelong House, 9 Queen Street, Melbourne

We’re excited to announce that we’ve been appointed to manage Bennelong House on behalf of the Bennelong Foundation!

Previously known as the Felton Building, Bennelong House was designed by Friedrich Wilhelm Prell and constructed in 1886. With its distinctive front steps, reminiscent of those in New York apartment buildings, it boasts one of the most charming street frontages in the city.

This historic three-story building spans around 1,701.50 sqm of NLA, with the Bennelong Foundation being the primary occupant.

Established by the Bangarra Family Office, the Bennelong Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm of the Bangarra Group. Beyond providing financial grants and investments, they use the Group’s resources to foster business-philanthropy partnerships, develop social impact leadership and promote a culture of giving.

We’re proud to be entrusted with managing such a unique asset and are grateful to our client for the appointment.
