We are excited to announce our new role in managing the office component of 55 Southbank Boulevard, Southbank, on behalf of Taverners Group.
It comprises a seven-storey office building currently home to a diverse range of commercial and government tenants.
In 2020, a 220-room Adina hotel was added to the building, marking Australia’s first cross-laminated timber (CLT) extension project and the world’s tallest mass timber vertical extension.
We are grateful for the opportunity to oversee part of this iconic building and extend our gratitude to Taverners Group for the appointment.
