Nestled in the highly coveted industrial precinct of Canning Vale, this impressive 5,942 sqm office/warehouse building, set on a sprawling 15,289 sqm site, is securely leased to Australian Laboratory Services under a newly extended 5-year lease.
The acquisition at $12,300,000, serves as a seed asset for the fund and HPI is actively seeking an additional industrial investment in the range of $10,000,000 to $20,000,000, located within SA, VIC, NSW, or QLD.
