Congratulations to our client, Willshire Motor Trimmers Pty Ltd, on the recent off-market leasing transaction and successful relocation to 185 Richmond Road, Richmond SA.
MRS Senior Consultant, Christian Gencarelli, had the honour of representing Willshire as their trusted advisor, driving the property search and lease negotiations, resulting in the successful relocation of the Wilshire operation to newly refurbished premises.
Following the formal notification from the Department of Transport (DIT) regarding the compulsory acquisition of their previous site for future Torrens to Darlington Road upgrades, the owners of Willshire were faced with the arduous challenge of relocating their longstanding family-owned and operated business in Richmond. This endeavour was further complicated by the competitive industrial market in Adelaide’s inner west, which caused multiple set-backs, however were successfully
overcome.

We offer our best wishes to the entire Willshire team for their continued success in their newly refurbished property and we thank them for the opportunity.
