Cristan Caruana

Cristan joined MRS Property in October 2021 as an Asset / Facilities Manager in our Brisbane office.

Prior to joining MRS, Cristan spent 13 years in the Commercial and Retail Property Industry with experience ranging from Leasing, Property Management, Facilities Management, Workplace Health & Safety, Tenancy Coordination and Site Acquisitions.

Coming from an automotive trade background, Cristan understands complex building mechanics and systems. Having worked for Retail First, Stockwell, Anton Capital and Keppal Capital, Cristan has gained valuable expertise in completing minor tenancy refurbishments and major HVAC upgrades.  Further experience in the property sector has seen Cristan manage and oversee a $70 million shopping centre redevelopment which won a PCA award for “Best Presented Sub Regional Shopping Centre 2016”.

Cristan prides himself on his back to basics customer service approach adding value to all parties and getting the job done in the smartest way.  Cristan holds a Cert IV in Business Sales and Marketing and has also completed studies in Shopping Centre Management.

In his spare time Cristan’s interests include building and tuning cars, getting the jet-ski out on the water and self-education on business.
