Warwick Ioannou

Warwick joined MRS in July 2021 as an Assistant Property Manager, learning the art of effective and proactive commercial property management.

Since then, Warwick has progressed into an Asset Management position, overseeing a portfolio across a variety of asset classes with a focus on clear, proactive communication and attentive Financial and Physical Management.

Warwick brings a hunger to learn and possesses a strong drive to continuously develop both professionally and personally, with a focus on building robust relationships with his clients, tenants and other stakeholders.

He holds tertiary qualifications being a Bachelor of Business (Property) through the University of South Australia, Property Management and Sales Representative licences through the Real Estate Institute of South Australia and is a current member of the Australian Property Institute.

Outside work, you’ll find Warwick travelling, enjoying good food and wine and spending quality time with family.
