Philip Wotton

Philip is a 40 year veteran of the property industry with experience in Valuations and extensive experience in Property and Asset Management.

Prior to joining MRS Property Group, Philip worked for 32 years at JLL, where he was a National Director. During that time, he helped develop a very successful Commercial and Industrial Property Management team and business in Victoria, whilst managing properties on behalf of a number of large real estate investment trusts, as well properties for private owners. His roles at JLL have included being the General Manager of 120 Collins Street, Melbourne, National Head of Commercial Property for JLL’s ANZ account, National Account Manager for the Growthpoint Properties portfolio, Head of Property Management Glen Waverley and the Head of Commercial Operations in JLL’s Melbourne Office.

Philip very much enjoys a hands on approach and understands the importance of building good relationships with all stakeholders to achieve the right outcomes.

Outside of work Philip enjoys staying active, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and spending time with family and friends.
