The Property Asset Management division in our Adelaide Office are proud to have been recently appointed as Asset Managers of six properties on behalf of a well-known eastern suburbs family.

1 Devereux Road, Linden Park is leased by a finance and accounting advisory firm.
4-4B Linden Avenue, Hazelwood Park has been a restaurant for many years, and is currently home to Chef Kim Korean Restaurant.
722 Anzac Highway, Glenelg is just a short walk from the beach and busy Jetty Road. Mortgage brokers, Blackfish Finance, lease the whole of this building.
Tusmore Gate Centre houses two shops, leased by Hoi An Inn, a restaurant offering Vietnamese cuisine, and Poolwerx. The latter is ideally positioned to service the many swimming pools in the eastern suburbs.
