The asset is superbly located in the inner west offering sound access to major arterials and situated circa 8km to the Port of Melbourne and 12km to the CBD.
Improvements include more than 6,500 sqm in warehousing (which has undergone refurbishment to roof sheeting, HVAC, sprinkler upgrades and cosmetic works) in addition to modern office amenity, at-grade roller doors, recessed loading docks, considerable hardstand and ample on-site parking.
