Michael Rouvray

After extensive experience in commercial and industrial property within public enterprises, Michael joined MRS Property in 2006 as Manager of Advisory and Consultancy Services. He is now a Director and shareholder of MRS Property, responsible for leading the firm’s advisory business.

He specialises in Tenant Advocacy and is widely recognised as the most experienced and credentialed advisor in this field in Adelaide. Michael has successfully represented numerous organisations across all commercial property sectors, providing strategic guidance on lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and fitout planning to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.

Michael’s strengths lie in his extensive networks and deep knowledge of the Adelaide commercial property market. His experience has provided a comprehensive and well rounded understanding of the needs of his clients.

Outside of work, Michael likes to spend quality time with his three children, attend sporting events and enjoys good food and wine with his friends.
