MRS Property Expands to Melbourne

We’re excited to announce from the 2nd of March 2020, MRS Property has expanded into the Melbourne market.

Our expansion into Melbourne provides an opportunity to replicate our successful Adelaide business model, which is focused on becoming each clients’ trusted property advisor by delivering a high level of client service, treating each client’s assets as if they were our own and fundamentally ensuring that we always ‘do what we say we’ll do’.

The expansion is part of the ongoing evolution of MRS Property, with our immediate Melbourne objective being to provide high quality Property Asset Management services in Victoria, with further business opportunities to be considered once we settle in.

MRS Property is all about building long term relationships with clients to whom we can work closely to maximise the value of their property investments.  We will not look to grow for growth’s sake, our growth will evolve because we deliver quality services that add value for our clients.  Our clients will then be happy to refer us to others and our business will grow.  We are confident that opportunities in the Melbourne market will present themselves to partner and work with like-minded private property owners, high net worth individuals and family companies looking for a personalised service.

MRS Property Melbourne Director, Lloyd Ioannou, has relocated to Victoria to oversee the running of the new office.  We are particularly proud and excited to announce Philip Wotton has joined us as Head of Property Management (Vic) after a successful, high-profile 32-year career with an international real estate firm in various leadership roles.

Some of the services offered by MRS Property Melbourne include:

o      developing a strategic plan for managing our clients’ property based on aspirations; and business and investment objectives;

o      financial management of the property;

o      proactively managing leases and tenancies;

o      dealing with the day-to-day management issues, including a 24-7 Help Desk service for tenants; and

o      advising on broader issues affecting the ongoing and future performance of property investments.

We look forward to the ongoing support of our existing MRS clients and friends of the business as well as forging new relationships in the Melbourne market.

Kind regards

Geoff Robertson – Managing Director, MRS Property
