It is with great pleasure that we proudly announce MRS has been appointed by Monash University to manage the day to day lease administration and lease renewals of two of their Melbourne owned assets, a 15-story office building on Collins Street and a south-east metropolitan Shopping Centre.
Our Melbourne Property Management team formally commenced its role on 1 July 2020, headed up by our Head of Property Management (VIC) Phil Wotton.
