When Adelaide technology services company Data Action were looking for a new lease in Adelaide’s CBD, they came to us for professional help. We assessed their accommodation criteria, developed a short-list for inspection and provided commercial and financial analysis for each option. We also negotiated the terms of their 10-year lease at 55 Currie Street, including an incentive to cover the cost of the fit out, with the balance taken as a rental rebate over the term of the lease and a commitment by the lessor to a full base building upgrade of the floor. We also assisted Data Action with negotiating the end of their previous tenancy.
