Welcome to MRS, Daniel Talia. Daniel recently joined our team in the role of Acquisition Manager – Value Add and has already made his mark on our Adelaide team!
As a professional athlete in the AFL for over a decade and with a background in private development, Daniel brings experience in re-purposing properties as well as transferable elite performance traits. Daniel is set to identify and target value add opportunities across commercial, industrial and retail markets. Having excellent leadership and communication skills, building strong relationships with agents and investors is a focus, with the aspiration to position MRS as the go to for value add acquisitions.
Daniel was previously a leader at the Adelaide Football Club, has a background in finance, holds a stockbroking license and is currently studying the Bachelor of Business (Property) degree at the University of South Australia.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending his time with his young children and fitting in his love of exercise and sport.
